Since gift wrapping is a service performed on items you provide, returns work differently than traditional product returns:

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our gift wrapping service, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the wrapped gift. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:

  • Rewrapping the gift at no additional charge
  • Adjusting the design to better meet your expectations
  • Providing a partial refund if the service cannot be corrected to your satisfaction

Service Modifications

If you need changes to your wrapping before completion, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate modifications, though additional charges may apply depending on the extent of changes required.

Handmade Products

Our handmade products, including artisan candles, personalized stationery, and handcrafted jewelry, are eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase
  • Products must be in their original, unused condition
  • Items must be in their original packaging when possible
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Provide your order number, purchase date, and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Refund Amount

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
